Cause: The thermal paper is loaded upside down or the platen roller is worn. Fix: Ensure the shiny side of the paper faces the thermal head. Replace the roller every 500,000 cuts (approx 6 months heavy use).

Press the hidden pinhole reset button near the USB ports. The kiosk will enter setup mode. Connect to Wi-Fi or Ethernet. kiosk v102
